In the “Inochi Forum,” we will create a universal “place” to formulate a “WHAT” (vision, what we want to be) of a “future society that shines with life,” ask “WHY” (reasons, grounds, thoughts) of why it is necessary to realize such a society, and concretize various issues and “HOW” (methodology, means) to realize a “future society that shines with life,” and then take action. The “Inochi Council” is a universal forum for the realization of a “future society where life shines brightly.

The “Inochi Forum” will be organized into a “Citizen's Section” including a “Youth Team” and an “International Section.

The Citizens' Section will create subcommittees called “Action Panels” to engage in dialogue on various themes, and will also receive the voices of many people, including children, as “Co-Creation Voices” and link such dialogue and voices to the Declaration.
